You and I (all of us) have our ticket and are accountable to the FCC.

The person who wants to buy the hf rig is not because he gave a false
callsign/name info.

I wrote in my  first reply I would not do the deal, another poster
replied that there could be
legal issue if the deal is not done, in that case, the rig gets lost in
shipping, oops, I forgot to
insure it, so I send him a bank check for his money including the
shipping fee and it is over.

I agree it is a challenge to keep radios out of the hands of those that
will abuse them
and the rules that we are obligated to follow.
