[Kenwood] contacting Kenwood

Have never had a problem contacting Kenwood service.  Try their East Coast 
facility in Virginia (think is Virginia Beach).  Look em up in the yellow pages, 
or do a search for them , as I no longer have it listed here on my favorites. 
 They got back to me in two days, both times I needed them about a year ago.  
They are the ones you would send it to anyway, and have all the scoop on 
recalls, etc.
