I'm not certain what section of Kenwood you are trying to contact nor 
what the subject of your query to Kenwood is, but I've had good luck 
in the past by contacting Leo Fahmie
<lfahmie@kenwoodusa.com>. Since I haven't had to contact Kenwood in a 
couple years, I don't know if this address is still good.
