[Kenwood] INDIGNITY

Two points:

1.  I never saw this on the Kenwood list before you posted it.  Was it
the only text in the post or merely in his sig?  (The content of sigs
are not typically moderated, and many are automated random selections
from huge files of famous quotes from famous people -- one may not even
notice what they say before one hits the Send button.)

2.  You are telling us that there are no sarcastic comments about
Americans on lists that tend to be mostly populated by citizens of
France?

We would all be miserable indeed were we to be too thin-skinned. 
Insults, differences of opinion, and ill-considered efforts at humor
will always be part of the human condition.  Here in the USA we tease
one another in a similar manner all the time -- like my friend in
Missouri who complains about the weather and I reply with "Of course you
are unhappy there, they didn't name it 'misery' for nothing!"

Life is too short to allow oneself to become unhappy due to powerless
insults and perceived slights from others.  Live with joy!

Meanwhile, you have any good recommendations for replacement antennas
for the F6a HT?
