[Kenwood] TS570

Hi All,

A friend  back in 4S7 land, has a problem with his TS 570. It puts out =
only 25 watts on 20m and above, but normal on bands below ( measured =
into a 50 ohm dummy load and resonant antennas).

Any well known problem causing  this? Any ideas?=20
