[Kenwood] Mars mod

A lot of question/inquiries about mod'ing our different Kenwood radios
for 60m and I have gone to www.mod's.dx and qrz mod's and there is one
mod. in there for my TS450SAT written in 1991 and a comment added to
that mod. from an OH5MRM with ref. to cutting an additional diode, D21
in the PLL-UNIT. I have made inquiries asking and looking for any who
might have already done the original mod listed and is necessary to cut
the additional diode D21. So far no replies or feed back, I hate to go
in and cut something that isn't necessary and would like to know how the
went before I butcher my rig. ANY AND ALL COMMENTS ARE WELCOME (nice

Its the same mod as for all band transmit as for MARS.
