[Kenwood] TS-440S panel lamp

Hello all:

I've been without my panel lamp for so long I can barely remember it
being there. :-) I checked the service manual and found it in the
schematic and the parts list. 14v, 80 mils. Does it come with pigtail
leads the thickness of a human hair? Getting a replacement here in
Canada may be a challenge. How difficult to install?

And while I'm at it, what about the battery? It got to be at least seven
years since I had it replaced when I had some other rather challenging
work done.
