[Kenwood] TM-D700 Mute question

I don't know what your expection of the Mute function is, so let me
clarify how it operates. 

The Mute function reduces the incoming audio on the sub-band when a
signal is being received on the main-band. Once the main band signal
goes away, the sub-band audio will come back if the sub-band signal is
still present. The Mute function is not designed to mute all audio
coming from the radio.

Push the Mute button to activate, push it again to deactivate. Works
fine on my D700.
