[Kenwood] TS-830s normal vs. Gold ?

Can anyone explain the difference between the TS-830s normal and "Gold Edition" versions ?  Radios advertised as "Gold Edition" on eBay seem to go for higher prices.
 
I'm curious about what was different with the radio itself, as well as the best way to identify the two types.   The only info I found about it on the web said there was no difference.
