[Kenwood] Compact "Kitchen Sink" Mobile Rig?

I Believe that Kenwood is marketing the B2000 along
those lines. Put the rig under the seat or in the
back, and use the remote head. Costs more than the
FT100D or 706MKIIG, but also does more. I also
believe that Icom and Yaesu paid off their R and D
charges for those rigs, so they could afford to drop
the price. Would like to know what the actual cost of
production is for one of those rigs.
