[Kenwood] TH-F6 Scan Beep

Hi
Has anyone figured out to turn off the disturbing beep
when you are in the scan mode. not sure if I turned
this on by mistake, but have found the only way to
turn off is to turn off keypad beep from menu setup.

Also seems like there is bep tone when ever the radio
passes through channel 0

The manual gives no info on this function...
