[Kenwood] TS-830S; Uneven CW Transmit

I just thoroghly tested my rig With the following results:

1.9000 MHz	100 Watts	210 ma
3.7625 MHz	 50 Watts	150 ma
7.1625 MHz	100 Watts	225 ma
10.125 MHz	 60 Watts	220 ma
14.1875 MHz	 40 Watts	130 ma
18.1390 MHz	100 Watts	230 ma
21.2350 MHz	 47 Watts	130 ma
24.9100 MHz	 70 Watts	250 ma
28.5000 MHz	 70 Watts	180 ma
29.3500 MHz	 80 Watts	190 ma

Notes:
   1. All bands are stable (both IP and ALC) with no downward drift during 5 
second Key Down.
   2. Neutralization satisfactory

I tried the tuning procedure in the service manual with no improvement. The 
results on 75 and 20 Meters are totally unacceptable (I can live with the 
rest).  Any one have any insights or suggestions?
