[Kenwood] TS-850 Erratic Power out..NOT DC/DC

I have a TS-850 with very erratic power output, I have replaced the DC/DC 
converter and the symptoms did not change.

When the radio is cold is first powered up the is almost no power out after 
it has been on for about 30 seconds the power jumps erratically around, 
more like something breaking down or arcing very erratic, not the the 
characteristic "twitch" you see in the typical DC/DC failure. Finally after 
about a minute or so the radio settles down and there is good power out.


What next since this is not the DC/DC converter board??
