[Kenwood] TS450SAT

It must have been technical evolution. Neither did the TS-930. More 
capacitance and inductance is need to tune down there. The TS-940's tuner 
covered 160m but not for the receiver. My TS-870's tuner was almost 
silent when tuning but the TS-2000's tuner sounds like a machine gun. 
Seems like a step backwards.
