[Kenwood] MC-60A Mike Disassembly

Hi to all here on the Kenwood reflector!

I have a Kenwood MC-60A microphone which I believe has a bad element, and
I'd like to replace the original element with a Heil one.  I have no manual
for the mike (I'd appreciate it if anyone knows where I could download one),
so I have no idea how it comes apart.  I assume it must come apart somehow?
Has anyone had one apart, and if so what's the disassembly procedure?
