[Kenwood] TM-261 mic help

Hello,
I have a TM-261 with that big kind of square backlitghed dtmf mic that comes
with it. I have also had one of there duel bands with this mic. They seem to
break easy and are kind of difficult to use. Anyway with both of them the
switch has gone bad. These are kind of hard to get to. I shot deox in there
but they are just dead. So does anyway have a good fix for these things?
Surly a lot of you have had the same problem so I am wonder what the rest of
