[Kenwood] Production dates for 950S,950SD,950SDX

In Nov '89 I was at Kenwood for a service seminar and the first 950SD in the
country was there being dissected. While we were there a dozen more arrived
to be 100% QC'd and then released. They said probably be a week later. The S
and SD came out at the same time. The S was a stripped down SD (no digital
and not all the filters).

I'm not sure about the SDX but I know about the SD.
