[Kenwood] TS850 Output (or lack of)

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the suggestions.  Unfortunately I don't have any of the
equipment you asked about.

The problems is here again this morning, so it seems easy to duplicate.  I
guess that could be considered a good thing.  The low output doesn't seem
to be mode dependant.  It seems to be low in CW, FSK and SSB.

If the problem is the DDS chip, perhaps I should leave the repair to
"highly trained professionals"!  ;-)

Cliff, what's your turnaround time look like?
