Hello Mac,

The peak_meter_hold sets the S-meter and RFpower meter to a mode where the
peaks are lit a little longer after the signal decays so that it is easier
to read the peak reading.  Especially noticable and helpful if you run
your AGC on fast and you try to read the peak signal that you receive on a
SSB station.
