[Kenwood] modifying the TS 430S for use with the SM 220 & BS 8

If I remember correctly, I had a TS820S that I used a SM220 with. I had 
IF1 connected to the band scope portion of the scope, and I did an 
internal modification to the TS820S to get the IF2 output to one of the 
octal plugs on the back of  the radio. That connection was then 
connected to the front of the SM220 at the regular oscilloscope 
connector and I could view off the air waveforms with that connection.
I also remember that there was a bit of a "squeal" that I encountered 
with that mod that required a bit of attenuation of the strength of the 
IF signal .
