[Kenwood] ts-870 Date of manufacture?

Javier,
Here's how to figure out Kenwood's s/n:
The first digit is the year + 2
The second and third digits are the month, with 01 = April.
Remaining digits are simply sequential.
Examples:
203xxxxxx = June 2000
907xxxxxx = October 1997
310xxxxxx = January 2002 (10 months from april 2001).
