[Kenwood] TS940 Pwr Supply Fan info

Please make sure that the new fan, whatever it is has the same or very
similar current ratings (and voltage). The driver may not be able to handle
much higher current. Also, make sure that the fan is ball bearing, or the
newer types with air bearings. Avoid the sleeve bearing type.
