[Kenwood] TS-830 tune capacitor gears needed from rf board

I stole mines from a junked out FT-101 and they fit perfectly.   They are a
lot stronger also because they are made from steel where the locking set
screw is but insulated in the middle.   There is a guy parting out an FT-101
at QTH.com right now.  You may want to check with him.
