[Kenwood] ts850 transmit trouble.

That's obvious isn't it? How would it sense SWR when there is no RF?
Similarly, how would the auto ATU tune when there is no power? That would be
like using an auto tuner with just a receiver!

> I think that is the way it behaves if you accidently turn either the power
or the carrier control all the way down.  It isn't a problem just confusing.
It can't tune or check SWR without some power output.
