[Kenwood] 850+ Hamscope?

Thought that I will let you all know that the 850 and Hamscope works
beautifully now! The problem was low serial output voltage from my laptop. I
changed the value of the series resistor of the circuit shown in the
Hamscope help file.

Does anyone on the list use the TS850 with "Hamscope" for sending keyboard
CW?  I have a few questions regarding keying up the Radio, which is a breeze
with the Icom IC718 on semi break in, but having trouble with the 850 UNLESS
I go full QSK (noisy nuisance!).
