[Kenwood] CW with the TS-850 and my computer?

I would like to do CW using the 850 and my computer.

I would like to have the CW decoded and printed on the screen and be
able to type the letters on my keyboard and have then coded to CW and
transmitted by the 850.

I DO NOT want to do packet, amtor, rtty or anything else....just
straight CW.

What is a Fast, Easy, Simple and Inexpensive way to do this?
