The TS-450 has triple conversion at IF stage, so you will have high =
quality recieving audio that could be outperformed through the =
installation of Inrad filters either SSB or CW.

With a DSP at the audio output, for example and old but reliable =
Timewave DSP-9 or DSP-9+ it=B4s a combination hard to beat.

My recommendation is that you look for the TS-450SAT with antenna tuner =
incorporated.

The only warning with the rig it=B4s the on-time replacement of the =
memory battery to avoid leakages over circuit boards.
