[Kenwood] TS830S quirk...

Greetings.  My TS830S has started doing something quirky.  I think I
know the culprit, but I'd like your collective opinion.

On 20m, and only on 20m, the rig drops power out in SSB and in TUNE.  I
haven't noticed it in CW, but I use SSB more frequently on 20m.  Is this
the ubiquitous band switch or another gremlin?
