[Kenwood] TV-506 22 MHz Oscillator Problems

With the small values of variable capacitor in series with the crystal
and that 1K from diodes to ground, it appears to be running the crystal
in series mode. There's no frequency selectivity to prevent an overtone
crystal from oscillating on the fundamental, so I'd be inclined to say
it needs to be a 22 MHz fundamental calibrated for operating in series
mode. Overtone crystals are always used in series mode.
