[Kenwood] fixing up ts-820s

Is it worth it to try and fix this thing?  I just got it back from the 
Kenwood service center and they put down that the pll was bad as well as the band 
switch.  It does not transmit.  What kind of work load am I looking at here to 
find the parts and install them?  I am in the process of trying to send this 
thing back to the fellow I got it off of on ebay.  Hopefully he is a respectable 
ham and will take it back and refund my money.  We'll see.  I really do like 
this rig though.
