[Kenwood] Kenwood 850ATS Acting Up

When I turned it on tonight noticed that even with the
autotuner in use the SWR would not stay tuned out.  It
would be at first be ok then immediately peg the SWR
meter.  In addition the reciever was mute with no "S"
meter inidcation and the mic gain would not produce
ALC movement on the meter.  When keying the radio with
the mike in SSB the relay appeared to be slow to
change states.  No power out either.

When radio is working I have noticed I have to
constantly adjust the mic gain to keep the ALC within
the red line range.  It doesn't want to stay adjusted.

After about 20 minutes or so all was back to normal. 
Has done this a couple of times before.  My radio was
made in 1991.

DC-DC Board, DDS Chips, etc.?????
