[Kenwood] TS-440 VCO question

I have a TS-440 on the bench that has the problem were the potting material
for one of the VCO's has ate some of the components on the board. I want
to replace all of the parts insiode the VCO can, but I cannot find Kenwood
part numbers for the resistors. Most of the other parts are available from
East Coast Transistor. My question is does anyone know what size resistors
were used and their tolerance? Can I replace them with metal film type
resistors? I have the resistance values off the schematic. I am working on
VCO 5. TIA and 73,
