Subject: [Kenwood] Fw: TS570DG PROBLEM

Hello All,

Pasted below is a message I received from a friend who lives in Sri Lanka.
The problem involves low output on 20 and bands above. Note that output is
into a dummy so it cannot be high SWR related. Any help would be
appreciated.
