I am using a TS-2000 for PSK-31 and MFSK with excellent results.
The VOX does not work on the ACC2 audio input.
Refering to ACC2
Use pin 8 to key the transmitter. It also selects pin 11 for
audio input. I use a single transistor as an inverter for the
RS-232 handshake line. Pin 8 for the PTT ground return.
Use pin 11 for audio from the computer sound card. It will
probably require some attenuation to avoid over driving the
modulator. Pin 12 for the ground return.
