[Kenwood] Acceptance bridge

HELP:
A few day ago I acquired peace of test equipment, but I don't know what it is
or how it works. It is called a (ACCEPTANCE BRIDGE). I think it has something
to do with antennas, but I don't know how it works. Is there anyone out there
that can help me with this or possible give me a web site to get information?
It has two coax fittings on it,one B&C and one SO-239. It has a meter on it to
measure 0-30 something. It had tuning capasitor Aprox. 0-300pf. on it. Two
pots. that do something? A selector Sw. of about 15 possitions that changes
taps on a small loose wound coil that is about 3/4 inch in diameater. A off-on
switch, and it runs on two 9 volt batterys. The unit is about 5 In. high, 10
In. long, and 5 In. deep.
Does anyone have any ideas?
