OK, guys here is the way I have it hooked up, per instructions
received from list:
FROM THE PK-232 TO TS-940S

- From the J-7 (5 pin DIN) socket on back of the PK-232- pin 4 is FSKR
to center pin of RCA phono plug, pin 2 is shield/ground on same plug.
This goes into the RTTY jack on back of the 940.

- From the J-4 (Radio 1 or 2) 5 pin inline connector on back of PK-232
to the accessory # 2 connector (13 pin DIN) on back of 940. If you
are using wiring that came with the PK-232 the color coding will be
as follows:
PK-232MBX -------------------------------------------------- TS-940
Pin 1 (rx audio) -- Green wire -- Pin #3 (data out)
Pin 2 (xmit audio)- White wire -- Pin #11(data in)
Pin 3 (squelch)-----black wire -- NC
Pin 4 (Ground)----- brown wire -- Pin #8 (ground)
Pin 5 (ptt) --------red wire ---- Pin #13 (ptt)
                    shield ------ Pin #12 (ground)
Hope this helps. It works fine for me.
 73,
Mark M. Smith, W4MMS
