[Kenwood] ts-2000x 144 and 432 no transmitt

Hi everyone
I have a ts-2000x about a month old that has stoped transmitting on 144
and
432 mhz. the other bands work ok. the rig receives on 144 and 432, but
does not
transmit. But transmitts fine on the other bands, I have reset the cpu a
couple of
times with no help. Anyone have any Ideas as to anything I can try. The
rig has serial # 30500043, can someone tell me when it was made?
