[Kenwood] Source for mrf485

I have used  2SC1969 Mitsubishi for replacement  in the 940 / 930 ..... only
rated for a maximum collector voltage  of  25 volts but seems to work OK at
28 v ...( I put a micro 1 amp fuse in the power lead to the drivers , just
in case someday if the drivers go south,  there won't be any smoke )
they are CB finals & have the exact pin out , So they bolt right in perfect
& seem to work normally .... cheap too  about 4.00 dollars .....MRF 485 are
price way out of site
