[Kenwood] Kenwood Twins 599D

Hello,
    I was curious if anyone is familiar with the Kenwood Twins
R-599D/T-599D.  The transmitter seems to lose output power as you go up the
band, and I was curious if this is just a finals/driver problem.  As far as
the receiver goes, it will not receive on the 15m band, there is no
background noise.  I'm guessing its something in the 15m circuit, as the
bandswitch has been cleaned.  I have a copy of the T service manual, but not
the one for the receiver.
