[Kenwood] TH-F6A

This may be a little off topic but, here goes. The lithium-ion battery on
the TH-F6A is a great battery. It allows many hours of use of the talkie. My
question is, if I buy a second battery and charge it to full charge on the
talkie, then pull it off and set it on the shelf how long will the
lithium-ion battery hold full charge while setting on the shelf. I have been
thinking about buying a spare to use when the original battery runs down.
That may be a short time or as much a a few months. Any thoughts on this
will be helpful.
