[Kenwood] Correction to ANC 4 vs MFJ 1026

Thanks to F8RZ for forwarding me a copy of the schematic for the  MFJ-1026 
. I notice that it came from the manual ! I checked again and mine must be 
an early one as my manual does not have such a schematic. Should be easy to 
trouble shoot, so I revise my earlier suggestion. As I said originally the 
1026 works better and is easier to adjust than the ANC-4, and it appears 
that with the schematic it is reasonable to repair it your self so if it is 
the only way to solve the problem good luck. Solving the noise problem at 
the source is still the "best" approach in the long run.
