[Kenwood] VCO in the Kenwood 440S

How many VCO's are there in the radio.
mine went out last year at this time and turned on the radio this afternoon
and all I got from the display was all DOTS...

If i remember correctly VCO 1 and 5 were replaced last year.

Is it worth repairing?

Really hate to part with it, has been a good radio the last year that I have
been operating on it..
