[Kenwood] Need schematic for LCD display board TS-450/690S

Subject pretty much says it all.  I think this is only included in the
service manual.  My w7fg manual only shows this board on the block diagram
and no schematic of the board itself is included.  I have a display problem
where about a dozen segments are on all of the time.  For instance the "K"
in "F.LOCK" the "CH" in "MCH"  the "P" in "PGM", all 6 of the "-"
indicators on the VFO/MCH indicator, several of the segments in the 2 digit
RIT/XIT freq display.  etc.  I suspect these all share a common line in a
matrix for the LCD or at least are tied to one of the two LCD
decoder/driver chips.  A fax, scanned copy or photocopy would be very much
appreciated.  If a table exists that shows the LCD segments by pin number I
could use that as well.
