[Kenwood] TS-2000 Versions

Hello all
I have purchased a new TS-2000 European "E" version 407 serial. When =
purchased the radio was configured by the local distributor for our =
local requirements and has ( 0 Ohm) resistors  installed in positions =
R49, R50, R52, R53 & R54. The service manual has no reference to =
resistors R49, R50 & R51.

This configuration disables the  sub band narrow FM filter, VHF pre amp =
except for the amateur band (as per "K" version) and allows 430 to 440 =
TX on UHF. All other operations appear as a "K" version.

I would like to confirm resistor placement for various regions and =
specifically UK along with the results of removing resistors and the =
effect on the operation.=20

I am aware of the information @ MODS. DK  however I am looking for =
additional info.
