Thanks to all replies on my s-meter problem, I will be back and tell u what I've found.
A good friend of mine told me that he downloaded a servicemanual for some time ago and he is willing to make me a copy on cd. I will check and clean all connectors, there is a whole bunch and check the agc bias also.
Next time we meet I might be able to give u a report on my s-meter reading :)
