Need Help.

Have a Kenwood TH31AT 220mhz. Trying to play on 220 again but cannot =
find the manual.
I can't seem to get the tone to work. The local repeater has the pl =
turned on and of course I=20
can't get in to it. I think the TH21AT is same radio in 2 meter verison =
so if you have one of those
that also would work.=20
