[Kenwood] Weird Antenna Internal Tuner Problem on TS-570G

Hello All,

Just bought a TS-570G and use it with a B&W "apartment" whip antenna.

Here's the situation: I set up the antenna (tapping the coil) for 17 meters 
and it tuned OK. The weirdness is that using the internal tuner, I was able 
to tune 10 and 75 meters with the same antenna without touching the antenna 
at all!  After turning off the rig and not touching the antenna at all, 
suddenly 17 and 75 would no longer tune, but 15 and 10 do!!

Any idea what is happening?
