[Kenwood] No TX on TS-440S

Hi All,

I initially had problem with TX light staying on
without PTT being pressed on my TS-440S.
I changed mic and still TX light on. I tried cpu reset
but no avail. 
I pressed SEND/REC on and off a few times and noticed
TX 
light flickering. I am not sure if it is the relay or
some sort of 
transistor playing up. Sometimes the radio operates
quite normally 
and then TX light staying on for a while and
flickering. Now I can only
receive. No more TX light staying on. Even when I
press SEND/REC 
button on, pressing PTT on mic or AT tune button, no
more TXing. 
I don't hear the relay clicks anymore when I press PTT
or SEND/REC button.
Whatever was playing up I think finally gave up.
Could someone guide me to the problem area or the
particular part that I could replace?
