A friend, and new ham, acquired a TM-421 UHF transceiver at Dayton last weekend; however, he did not receive an operator's manual nor instruction in its use. Two questions; 1) any thoughts where I might download an operator's manual for this radio? 2) how does one set the CTCSS frequency? It is encoding 100Hz but nees to be changed to 123Hz.
