Hi Jim
I had this problem on an old Azden a while back.
The problem there was like yours. Its too far off
to be just an adjustment. I had to a bad offset crystal on that one.
Then a slight adjustment to get it exactly on
freq. I don't know where the offset crystal is on this rig.
I see a few crystals scattered around on the schematic. It
might be good to check them all, and if you find one off
freq, check the circuit around it for leaky caps, resistors
off freq., etc.
